Russell and Bromley of London. I bought these when I was in London, England many years ago. They are such a unique looking boot with a beautiful shade of grey leather. These are well loved but still have some mileage left in them. Some scuffing as per the pictures but some boot polish should clean most of that up.

@d_soque Hello! Just added a few pictures. It is 15 inches but there is a stretch panel in place where you can easily get 1 more inch out of. Hope that helps!
