This is a rare and vintage rain coat designed by Judy Scates for Raincheetahs and Naman New York. In my research, I was unable to locate any coat similar to this one designed by Judy Scates. This coat is vintage yet gives off contemporary Y2K streetwear esthetic. No size tags but measurements are consistent with sizes small-medium. Measurements Pit-to-Pit: 21" Length: 45" Good condition with a few flaws. Call Outs: There are loose seams on the cuff of the right arm and the left armpit. Additionally, inside the right arm, there is a small tear on the interior. The interior tear is not visible from the outside. All can be easily mended with a bit of needle and thread.
