This is not a real board made by him. He made his biggest one which was only 14x22 so I'm not sure why your saying it's 15x22 cuz that's an inch bigger then the original size there was 3 different sizes made. But it looks nice I don't believe it's really from William "Liam" Fuld. Sorry but this is a fake.

I remember using a Ouija Board back in the late 1980s. My friend had one that was once his mom's. It wasn't as old as this one but there was still a very creepy vibe to it. I would never use one again though because I believe only evil spirits come through. That's just my own opinion. I will say this is a very impressive piece. I'm not sure if you have anything that proves it is from 1919 but if you do then $700 is a phenomenal price!!
