wswardrobe @abishop211 thank you so much for following up! I apologize that I did not see your previous messages. The approximate hip width is 361/2 “ and the material is very stretchy. It easily stretches at least 3-4 inches. I think that might be the intension 😊. The waist is just over 30” and is not stretchy. It’s trimmed on the inside with a grosgrain ribbon, which isn’t flexible. The length is 28 inches.
