@restylewmoxie it would be one on each side like in the vicinity that your hands would be from where your arms hang down -- i have the same print dress but instead of a satin type halter tie its more cotton &+ optional removable,, to make it strapless.

but the material the halter is made from has snap buttons on lengths of black -- not ribbon but almost like flat shoelace material without the eyelets &+ the snaps on the lengths of black laces snap onto the sides of the dress on one end,, while connected by the snaps to fingerless gloves on the far end so you can wear them on your hands still attached to the dress nd when you're not wearing the gloves dont get lost.

@executive_ink So sorry for the delayed reply. The weekend got away from me! OK, there are snaps on the side seams. No long straps, though. The halter straps are sewn onto the dress. I hope this helps. 😆
