Incredible condition green velvet antique dress. This dress is museum quality but still wearable. It has beautiful puff sleeves with snap closure at wrist. The waist would best fit 24-25 inch but see photo - flat measurement is about 13.5 - 14 inches at the smallest part. Beautiful neckline. 30s with Victorian vibes.
