Blue Blush Black Wrap Dress with Grommet sz L

This dress shows almost no wear- I would think it was brand new except for the wear on the label and sizing tags. It has bell sleeves, a ruffled hem and the wrap ties to a grommet. Measures 24" sleeve, 15" shoulder to shoulder, 17" armpit to armpit, 33" length. The dress is sized a large but looks more like a medium- definitely a large on the smaller side of the scale!! Sntz
