cleofrom5to7 @victoriastgirl it’s hard to measure because it’s very voluminous. The top of the dress above the chest is 13 inches unstretched if that’s helpful. It’s elasticized so it stretches quite a bit. I’m 36 inch chest and it fits me with room.
