Still has tags from Saks showing jacket prices at $3190 and skirt for $1950
Sequins need to be added and secured at front jacket neckline and closure as shown in pics. Jacket closes with hook and eye. I believe the damage is due to women trying the jacket on. Otherwise In fabulous condition
