Chiffon Soutache Embroidery

This chiffon jacket has batwing sleeves and 5 hook and eye closures. It has a shallow scoop neck and black soutache embroidery around the neckline, around the hemline and following the front panels. Approximate measurements are 18” across and 19” long. It’s lovely.
