Vintage ANCHOR HOCKING RENAISSANCE Oval Relish Dish ~ Beaded Leaf ~ Mid Century

For your consideration is this lovely vintage, clear crystal Anchor Hocking Relish Dish in the Renaissance pattern. Anchor Hocking introduced the Renaissance line in crystal in 1959, and discontinued it in 1960. This lovely oval tray is adorned with six beaded leaves on the underside of the dish. The edges of the dish are deeply scalloped and it sits on a flat, star-shaped, 2”x3” base. It measures 9 3/4” long, 4 3/4" wide, and 1 1/2” tall. It is a versatile piece and can be used for serving candy, fruit, nuts, even ice cream!. This, as well as all the other vintage pieces I have up for sale, has been in my late mother’s home for many, many years. Please note: This relish dish is in very good, used vintage condition. But please keep in mind, it is 50 years old and therefore, not new. There are no cracks, chips or damage. There are surface scratches on the outside of the dish that you can see when light reflects on them (Please see photos #10 and #11.). This is consistent with normal use and storage, and I don’t feel this would be noticeable if the bowl was put on display. This sweet midcentury dish would make a delightful addition to any table! It is just gorgeous! Vintage glass items sometimes have factory blemishes, such as air bubbles on the surface, off-scale/ uneven paint, rough rim edges, rough seams, or white lines/ feather marks on the bottom if you hold the item up to the light.
