Vintage 1996 Maisto Kris Kringle's Chorus Musical Christmas Decoration

I'm not sure If this was ever used. I took it out of the box today to test it since it is 25 years old. The light works and it plays Merry Christmas. I could not get the figures to move. This is being sold as is. It might be an easy fix I have no idea. Even without the figures moving it still makes a cute vintage Christmas decoration. Make sure to look at the pictures.
