Looks white in the picture according to my monitor, but it really is a soft cream color. In excellent, like-new condition. Worn once for a wedding. The size is a 1X with measurements of 46-48", or even bigger if desiring a tighter fit. Just remember that something has to be worn underneath it. It has wide net stitching. The length is about 25". 100% cotton.
