Reposhing this item I purchased from @backtothethrift. Love these, but sadly, my booty is a little too big for these. :)
They are a size 31. These have some stretch to them. These would fit your frame if you are more of an average size 31 and not super curvy (I've had a BBL so my bottom is a lot larger than most)
