NWT. Disney Tim Burton’s ‘The Nightmare Before Christmas’ Mayor’s Car Popcorn Bucket. Mayor’s car bucket was first exclusive to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. The base of the popcorn bucket is the Mayor’s car. The entire car is painted black. Of course, the Mayor can be seen in the front, driving his car. The Mayor’s seat is orange, as are curtains around the back of the car. A giant striped horn is on top, which the Mayor uses to make announcements to all of Halloween Town. The headlights light-up when turned on. Wheels move and the Mayor’s face changes from normal to scary. Approx. 7”H x 11”L.
