Vintage Production dress

97% cotton 3% spandex A-line pink and white polka dot dress with sweetheart neckline, adjustable and removable straps for a strapless look. Length is above the knee and includes a white ruffled petticoat. Very cute, worn only once on my birthday. Excellent condition.
