elalaine @mtp599 tops S/M right now my band size is 34 and for bottoms I would say M/L or 8/10. This dress had some more give and I would say easily fits size 10 but I would use the measurements on Oh Polly for accuracy.

elalaine @lindsey_2 hi! Yes I’m a M/L on bottom as well so I feel confident that it would fit you there. On the top half I had a lot more space than I needed. I’m a B cup. The pearl strand however is a bit longer but it has various loops so I put it on the smallest loop setting. It’s hard to say but the dress overall has some stretch and I think you’ll probably fill it out better than I did. 😅
