Super fun and cute blue dress with white polkadots

Worn once. In great condition! Hard to tell in pictures but it’s a vibrant blue. Short in the Front longer in the back. Soft and flowy. Some ruffled sleeves and hem line. Looks so cute with sandals or boots!
