Yes 2 super small stones are missing but it is hardly noticeable as I have up close photos but forgot to mention it in description so I corrected that & added video and more photos. :) As for tarnish? I’m not sure it was ever made from real silver but it is silver tone metal from the late 70’s 80’s. It was my homecoming crown. Hope that answers your questions.
