Vintage 90s or Y2K black and white color block blouse from Anxiety. Short sleeves with cross over ruched bust and sides. Ties in a bow at the back to accentuate the waist. Square-ish neckline. Body is black with white hemline band and blocks of white accentuating the neckline. In excellent vintage condition, no real flaws. Has loops in the shoulders to hang it. Poly/spandex blend gives it a fair amount of stretch. Size large.
