gatekeeper2019 @nicolette29 Hello and thank you for your question. ALL ITEMS ARE NEW. Typically, before I ship anything out, I will usually unscrew the top to make sure that nothing liquid has solidified. I assure you that it has never been used. Currently every item that I have listed is new. I’m just trying to downsize as I have so much! Plus, part of my house looks like an Ulta store. I love make up 🤷‍♀️. Hope that helps. Happy Poshing!

gatekeeper2019 @nicolette29 I thought of one more thing. If there is a factory seal that is made onto the product, I will never break that seal. The only item that does not have a factory seal, is the watermelon refresh Mud mask stick. That just simply means it did not come with one. It has a top on it like a deodorant stick and it has not nor will been removed. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. I’m happy to help.
