@emilya709 Good morning! I am so sorry for my response coming in at mid-morning. The measurements were taken with the skirt buttoned and zipped and laid flat. I try for 100% accuracy but the measurements should be considered approximate. The waist is 13 in. across and the length of the skirt, taken from the middle waistband to the bottom hem of skirt is 29 in.
