colorbuff@cmlynds The waist size is 24 inches and stretches to 26 or 27 inches. The waist is adjustable however. Right now, it is on the most loose setting. You can make it tighter by attaching the elastic to another button inside the pants. You can also make the waist more relaxed by unbuttoning the inside button altogether.
