I personally don’t know what they mean since I didn’t see anything that looked like what they were describing. So I’ll take pictures of different angles of the handles but I’m not super sure what they were referring to! :)

melbear08@vangieb23 hello! I just uploaded a couple different angles for the handles. I think it does look less moisturized than leather handle that you would see with a a brand new bag, but you can explore purchasing leather conditioner to soften up and moisturize the handles.
