Third picture it is glare or reflection only. In new condition. Not very often, but some items may need cleaning. I use to clean the ones that needed it but because I am selling ridiculously low, I no longer clean them. Most do not need it. I have had all the Pandora since before 2020 and so is why a few have started to tarnish. Doesn't mean they are not new. IMPORTANT: Please go to legit pandora site to check on how to clean a charm. Do NOT go with just any site. One said leave in cleaner for much longer period than necessary and would RUIN your jewelry. My price is already very low considering in new condition and so please do not be ridiculous with your offer.
