Bob Mackie Christmas Holiday Top

Bob Mackie Wearable Art Christmas top in a size medium. In beautiful condition (I don't think it was ever worn). Soft black velvet with wreath design on front. Hard to see in picture, but the little circles inside the wreath are beads that look like diamonds so they sparkle :) Measurements in pictures.
