@semprit189 Hi. So it’s very flowy under the black band which is under the bust line. I measured 25” near waist but because it’s free flowing it’s hard to determine where the waist line is. It’s a Hankerchief bottom the longest point is 49”. I hope that helps. It’s a gorgeous dress. Lynn
