Worthington Gradient Black and White Graphic Pencil Skirt Sz 16

This super cute skirt has 2% spandex, so it has a little give. Zipper is hidden and has a hook/eye at the top. Eye needs a couple stitches to secure it- it is half attached as shown in photo. Skirt can have a slit, it is currently stitched as many skirts come and can be opened if that is your style, or kept sewn shut. Waist has a yarn/thread loop on each hip so I assume it came with a very small belt originally- they are very small loops! No pockets. In great condition except for the flaws I've mentioned- it looks like it has little to no wear. Measures 23" length, 34" waist. I can wear a sz 16, but this is definitely on the smaller end of the sz 16 spectrum! U8
