Nanette Lepore sleeveless dress

Nanette Lepore sleeveless dress. High/low hem, 32" in back, 25" in front measurements taken from the bottom of the gathering for the waist. Gathering is seen again at the neck, 3 buttons at the back. Measurements for breast and waist taken while laying flat, breast is 21", waist is 16". Navy blue background, floral design in varying shades of pink, orange and green. The dress is very lightweight, feminine, would be lovely for all occasions. Size 4 but waist does have some stretch, it could go down a few sizes and up at least one size.
