Girl’s teal blue double-breasted pea coat is A-shaped. Four matching buttons where the top left button has a Velcro tab to keep neck closed (see pic4). Beautiful deep teal velvet on the edge of collar & at the sleeve cuffs. A double row of teal velvet encircles the bottom of coat. Pleats line the front & back for shape.
