johnsmomma @audrey_wannabe happy to explain. your pants have a straight across back waistband seam. Align pants have and have always have had a modified V dip midway. Moreover I presume yours have a triangle gusset whereas Aligns have a specialty gusset that continues halfway down inner leg where you can see 2 inner leg seams. Wunder Under and Wunder train were also made in a shine design as yours.
