mariakristina @aiyanarosebloom hey girly. So the elastic waist is 30” plus stretch. The hips are pretty free for size… I have 45” hips and I’m still good for space. I did wear it higher up though more like a high waist and even as high as under the bust just a bit. Skirt length from the top of the elastic to the floor is 42”.

mariakristina @aiyanarosebloom I’m also 5’6” and wore it just under bust and had about maybe 1 1/2 to 2” from the floor.
