This Vintage Elgin Style Brass Rouge & Powder Lions Club International Emblem Compact has not apparent hallmark. This compact is from the 1940-1960s. There is just a little powder left and most of the original rouge. Everything is in good working condition and intact. There are small scratches and smudging that requires cleaning and a polish.
