Vintage 70s Lillie Rubin Embroidered Tulle High Rise Formal Maxi Skirt

High waisted full shape embroidered tulle formal maxi skirt Vintage 1970s from Lillie Rubin The fabric info is missing, but it's likely acetate, this is not washable, it has to be dry cleaned Zips and clasps in the back of the waist There are no tears or holes, the tulle is still plenty fluffy and the skirt still holds it's original shape There is some light discoloration scattered throughout the embroidery. This likely came from improper storage by the original owner. I tried several things to get it out, including bleach, and nothing worked, which means its likely some type of acetate or nylon thread, not cotton or poly (this is all shown in photos) Size: this is labeled a 4, but it will fit better on a 0 or 2, check measurements to be sure (i'm a 4 at the time of photo & 5'7" and I did not have this zipped all the way in the pics) Waist: 12.25 in across Hips: 22 in across Length: 42.5 in
