Steve Madden belted long peacoat

Size M, fit me well as size 8-10. Buttons up to the neck, button sleeves, pockets, tie waist (detachable) with belt loops. Good used condition. Freshly dry-cleaned. Sturdy, warm, fashionable coat, Steve Madden brand originally purchased on Modcloth. Slight high-low. Royal blue color with black buttons and belt loops, fully lined inside. Fit and flare style skirt, tailored fit. So flattering, I just want a different color coat! Minor Flaws: belt loop faux leather covers have worn off, metal Steve Madden tag inside hangs loose on one side, a couple small spots that aren’t noticeable when wearing (haven’t tried removing), lining partially unhemmed at bottom (easy fix). See pictures. Measurements (approx, taken flat): Pit to pit 19.75” Waist 16.5” Shoulder seam to shoulder seam 16” Sleeve length 25” Shoulder to hem 34” HOC winter. Non-smoking, Dog-friendly home.
