The material content is 100 and percent polyester. The front part of the top which is the lace appliqué does not have much stretch. The back is stretchy. this top is brand new and has never been worn. It has been sitting in my closet for quite a while.

I hope this helps. I absolutely love this top when I bought it online, but when I got it, it was too big for me so I never wore it.
