White tie back dress

White mini dress with tie back detailing. The tie back makes the dress adjustable. The dress has a front lining so the top is not see through. There is a small pink spot on the inside of the dress, does not affect wearing the dress! Does not have a size tag but would fit a women’s S or M. Wrinkly from storage.
