It looks new but has no tags and I don't know if it is or not. The armpit to armpit measurement is 18 inches, the sleeves are 25 1/2 inches long and the length is 21 1/2 inches. It has 4 zipper pockets and zippers on the sleeves and it is in very good condition with no flaws. Please read the labels. The hardware is kind of a bronze color. It is very soft and there is a mandarin collar with a snap.
