Beautiful vintage Fendi Neoprene Black Mama Baguette in great condition for its age.....nothing major wrong with it, normal wear, small/tiny snag on right corner, and scratches on the hardware which is normal. The material is a silky feel, very light weight bag, will collect lint, but can be maintained if you take care of it. I have shown the bag with a crossbody strap (which is generic and not included) as you can see it would work as a crossbody as well as a shoulder bag. The strap can also come off if you don't want it attached when using as a crossbody.
