It is now 9:37 (central) and although you mentioned some difficulty with items in the tray today, I don't know if its something I am doing or just a temporary glitch. They make them at my local branch. I don’t use credit cards anymore so I’m not sure if you can wait until tomorrow or what I should do. I’m so very sorry for all of this.
