It is brand new, still has the protective plastic on the handles and on the goldtone hardware throughout the bag. It measures 15" wide, 5 1/2" deep (empty), and 12" tall. It has at least 8 individual storage spaces inside as well as zippered compartments. It has a mirror on the inside and comes with a key fob on the outside which has a goldtone watch that compliments the bag. The bottom has goldtone bars on each side and four goldtone round bottom Studs protecting the bag when setting it down.
