Yes! The fabric is very stretchy. The waist lays flat at 11.5” and can be stretched to about 14.5”. The bust lays flat at 13” and can be stretched just beyond 16”. I added the flat pictures. I am a 32/34 B and there is definitely still room. Everybody’s frame is a little bit different, but I would have to feel like it would work🫶🏼

And the material is satin ☺️ super pretty, I just ordered like 6 dresses to try for a certain occasion and didn’t end up picking this one, and don’t have another occasion coming up to wear it to.
