Faux Skirt and Blouse Look Dress in Tan Satin & Black size 8

Great look of a blouse and skirt with this two toned dress. Top of the dress is a tan satin with ruffle front and short puff sleeves. The bottom of the dress is black with 4 double rows of large black buttons. There are flat belt loops and you can choose to add a belt but it's not a neccessary styling element. Size 8.
