kmostowfi @blessedsista Hey I just got my shoes in and unfortunately, the color of the picture does not truly represent what the shoes actually look like. I was expecting a true hot pink fluorescent as seen in the picture and they are more of a muted hot pink no fluorescent. What is your return policy?

blessedsista @kmostowfi I thought I pressed the send button but I did not..in replying back. No “I do not accept Returns”, and this has never happened to me before I sent a message to Posh and I’m awaiting to hear back from them in regards to this situation.

kmostowfi Sounds good. I looked at the image from a few different computers as well just in case it was the color settings of my computer, and the shoes clearly look more fluorescent on the sale images. I found the exact shoe through another buyer and the color was better represented in their photos. By no means do I think you did this intentionally simply trying to find a resolution :)
