Only wore a couple of times. zips up and has an additional hook and eye closure. I do not know where the fabric tag is. I have not been able to locate it on the garments but feels like crepe blend. With a little bit of a stretch. Meant to be fitted. . This item measures approximately 16 1/2” at the under arm, 14” at the waist and 22 1/2” shoulder to hem.
