twirlight@icecastle13 I measured both the small and medium. The small has a bust of 18" and the length is 48". The medium scales accurately also, the bust 19" and the length is 50".

twirlight@adavid4135 Hi Ashley 👋🏼 sorry for the late response. In short, I'd say it's a relaxed fit. The sleeve width of a Medium dress measures approximately 7 inches, total circumference ≈ 13.75. Generally, cotton fabric itself isn’t naturally stretchy unless it’s blended with elastic fibers like spandex or lycra.
