Gently used with minimal signs of usage. I found a scuff and the heels are a little dirty but they are seemingly in great shape otherwise and come from a smoke free home. Memory foam on the interior footbed for all day comfort. I love these and wish they worked for me but they are too small. Good quality shoe.
