Black Bubble Dress medium

This dress is soooo cute. I purchased it knowing it needed altering to fit me. I’ve never done it. The top is fitted then bubbles at hips. It’s fully lined with a hidden side zipper. The fabric is a bit shiny with some stretch. It’s soo flattering!!! P2P 15 unstretched Waist 12 inches Bubble 20 to 23 inches Length 26 inches
