Semi Formal Dress Short Floral with Navy Blue Background

This dress is in fantastic condition! It was only worn once. The dress is 30 inches long from the highest point of the chest to the lowest point (the picture looks like the measuring tape is past the top of the dress, but it is not. It is sitting on the cup of the dress which is pushing it up in the picture.) The dress has 2 layers. The dress is a NAVY BLUE background with a floral pattern. It comes with an extra piece of fabric and 2 thin straps that attach to the dress, so you have the option of strapless or straps.
