Cotton cobalt blue Mexican blouse with tie-front and colorful hand-embroidery. Embroidery detail on both sleeves as well as front placket. Satin yellow tie at front. Size large, measuring 22" armpit/pit; 22 1/4" length & 18" sleeve length. Excellent condition without any holes, spots or flaws. Embroidery is not colorfast and has bled into itself. I would hand wash this on cold.
